We do not approve of pressure sales techniques, preferring our customers to be fully informed and un-pressurised when signing a contract. We believe in honesty and transparency. We don’t just sell you a policy and then forget about you – our offices support you with an unparalleled, multilingual after sales team who will even make your hospital & clinic appointments for you, if the Spanish language is a worrying barrier to communication.

QUALITY PRODUCTS
Flexible, tailored-made health cover is offered through our different levels. These offer a range of benefits from the essential to the comprehensive, allowing you to find the level of cover to meet your personal needs and budget. Our funeral insurances give you exactly the same quality of cover as fully paid up plans, without taking your capital away from you in one large sum. By investing the capital required to pay for your funeral, the annual interest should virtually pay our affordable annual premium. This way, your capital remains almost untouched for however long you live so that you can still pass it on to your heirs. We understand also, that some people simply do not have the capital to pay in advance and may only have a small monthly income from a pension. Our three levels of funeral plans are a sensible budgeting choice for them too. Cover is immediate and ASSSA will deal with all the arrangements for your funeral following one telephone call, including paying the Tanatorio. There is an option to be buried abroad or repatriated to Spain for your funeral. We also provide extremely competitive dental insurance from 86€ per year and accident insurances from 36€ per year.

COMMITMENT
ASSSA also offers some unique and important written guarantees. First and foremost, the age you join, is the age you stay and pay. This means your premium will not increase along with your age. Also, ASSSA will not cancel your policy if you should have an expensive claims year with us - we guarantee to keep you covered for life. Most important too: Long term illness cover if newly diagnosed and Easy transfer options. If you transfer directly from another insurance company, ASSSA can waive the quarantine periods and the disputability period, plus we will give you ONE MONTH’s COVER FOR FREE. Only what you have in writing is legally binding for your insurance company, so if these guarantees are not written into your policy, then you probably do not have them.
